PhotoJournal: Williamsburg

I had grand plans to find the NYC Waffle Truck with a friend today. Find them on Twitter here (they post their location everyday!).

But our plans failed...and...honestly...we didn't try THAT hard. :) We got lost once and then gave up. It was just too cold.
Instead we landed in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. A very cute, very cool place to spend a freezing afternoon. Plenty of bookshops, boutiques, cafes...
we even found a record store!

We had a delicious lunch and coffee break.
I was annoying as usual snapping photos all afternoon
documenting everything we ate, drank, and looked at!

Still can't wait to find that Waffle Truck though. One of these days!!

Some of the highlights from our adventure above. My personal favorites were the record store, the coffee shop (Verb Cafe), our amazing lunch (i had a chicken curry salad!).

Here's a favorite quote for you today that I have been loving and mulling over this past week:

"I beg you...to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don't search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer."
--Ranier Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet

Here's to living everything. Even the questions.

Hope everyone's had a fantastic weekend!
